Water Treatment Site Management for an Island Resort in Queensland

De.mem designed, built and commissioned a sewage treatment plant. The plant cleans the complete waste water stream from a resort located on a remote island off the Queensland coast. It is using modern membrane technology (Membrane Bioreactor).

De.mem has also been engaged by the client for a range of additional equipment upgrades.

De.mem has been operating the facility under an operations & maintenance agreement, providing qualified technical staff and engineer supervision to the client. De.mem has also supplied pumps, chemicals and consumables to the client for the ongoing operations of the facility.
